William Stephen Mantooth, 75, passed away July 13, 2025, at his home in Camden, AR. He was born August 12, 1949, in Little Rock, AR to Bill and Elizabeth Mantooth.

Steve, as he was known to friends and family, was married to the love of his life, Nell Mantooth, for 51 years. Steve enjoyed all things outdoors, including deer hunting, fishing, golfing and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bill and Elizabeth Mantooth as well as his wife, Nell Mantooth.

He is survived by his daughter, Mandy Crumpler (Shane); son, Brian Mantooth (Julie); brothers, Gerald Brockman (Sheila), David Mantooth (Mary), Gary Mantooth (Jamara), and Earl Mantooth (Rona); grandchildren, Kay Lee Hogue (Josh), Alyssa Pate (Dalton), Jayson Crumpler, Jackson Crumpler, and Madison Mantooth; great-grandchildren, Judson and Jentry Hogue.

The family would like to thank Dr. Braden, Dr. Crump, and the wonderful nurses & staff of Arbor Hospice and Ouachita Valley Clinic for their excellent care of Steve.

A graveside service will be held at Lakeside Cemetery at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
