William Hugh "Billy" Neeley age 74, was born February 19th, 1951, in Camden, Arkansas and passed peacefully at his home on May 8th, 2025, in Camden.

He was born to parents Donald Edward and Elzada Johnson Neeley. Billy grew up in Bearden, Arkansas where he attended school before beginning his long career at General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin, serving for more than 35 years. He attended Calvary Baptist Church and was known for his warm personality, easy laughter, and deep friendships built throughout his life.

Billy found joy in the simple pleasures, spending time outdoors, deer hunting, fishing, and tending to the garden on the family farm. He loved feeding the birds, caring for his hunting dogs, sitting on the front porch, and was a talented cook.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marti Burnham Neeley; daughter Beth Neeley Beasley (Ben), son William "Will" Neeley II, sister Ollie Neeley Dunn, and grandson Brett Thomas Beasley, and nieces Lindsey Bennett, Kimberly DeBow, Jeanne DeRamcy, Robyn James, and Shelby Burnham, nephews Chuck Bennett, Dwight Neeley Jr., and Bob Burnham. Also, brother and sister-in-law Tommy and Teresa Harris, brother-in-law Bob and Faye Burnham, brother-in-law Tom Horne and sister-in-law Myrna Burnham. He is predeceased by his sisters Nina Jo Neeley Horne, DeVita Neeley, and brother Dwight Neeley, brother-in-law Terry Burnham, brother-in-law Tom Dunn, and niece Kerry Harris Murphree.

Visitation will be 10:00-11:00AM Friday, May 16, 2025, at Calvary Baptist Church, Camden, AR. Memorial service will follow at 11:00AM at Calvary Baptist Church.
