Will L. Clark (Boone) was born in Camden, AR on October 08, 1936, to Fred and Emma Grace Clark. During a time when life was very different from what it is today. He didn’t have the opportunity to receive much formal schooling, but what he lacked in education, he made up for with hard work, dedication, wisdom, and determination.
