Vernon Wayne Curtis, 74, of Camden, AR, passed away at his home on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. He was born in Texarkana, TX on October 15, 1950. He was the son of the late Vernon Lee and Ruby Marie Lewis Curtis. He was Produce Manager at Piggly Wiggly for many years.

He is preceded by his parents; wife, Robin Curtis; brother, Ronnie Curtis.

He is survived by his two sons; Jeffrey Curtis and wife, Hollie of Canton, TX and Chris Curtis and wife, Kayla of Smackover, AR; daughter, Tara Dorflinger and husband, Marc of Camden, AR; seven grandchildren, Hailee Curtis, Austin Curtis, Chelsey Curtis, Sophie Curtis, Jordan Curtis, Addison Curtis and Kaylee Dorflinger; two great-grandchildren, Preston Curtis and Wesley McLeod; brother, Steve Curtis and wife, Robin of Texarkana, TX; sister, Carol Simmons of Pheonix, AZ; host of family and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00PM Friday, October 18, 2024, at Proctor Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 10:00AM Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Plunkett Cemetery, Locust Bayou, AR. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
