Thomas Jerry Hollis, 87, passed away on January 23, 2025. He was born February 3, 1937, in Camden, AR to Robert and Lois Nalls Hollis. Jerry was a member of Locust Bayou Church of Christ. He enjoyed dear and turkey hunting. Jerry considered himself a farmer. He enjoyed working with horses and cows on Blackwater Farm. His greatest joy was spending time with family especially the grandkids and great grandkids.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Lois Nalls Hollis; his wife, Ruth Neely Hollis; a daughter, Sandra Hollis; a brother, Larry Hollis; and a grandson, Jason Thomas Russell.

He is survived by his daughter Connie Dixon of Hot Springs, AR; granddaughter, Brooke Russell of Camden, AR; great grandsons, Austin McDonald, Brandon McDonald, and Rowden Bufford; a brother-in-law, Richard Neely; and a sister-in-law, Bobbie Hollis; and a host of family and friends.

A funeral service will take place at Proctor Funeral Home on February 1, 2025 at 2:00PM with interment at Lakeside Cemetery in Camden, AR. There will be a visitation from 1:00PM-2:00PM before the service. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
