Ted Wallace Bradshaw, 91, of Camden, Arkansas, passed away on July 6, 2026. Born December 13, 1934, in Camden, he was a lifelong resident of Ouachita County, leaving only briefly for San Jose, California, while serving in the United States Navy. Ted was a member of Cornerstone Pentecostal Church. A proud Camden Panther, Ted lettered in football, basketball, and track. He loved his family and his community, and he will be remembered for his quick wit and as a bit of a character. A hard worker all his life, Ted also gave back to local youth, coaching baseball at the Boys Club. He loved spending time on the Ouachita River and hunted and fished there throughout his life. Ted also loved country music and thoroughbred horse racing.

Ted was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 55 years, Alice Faye Bradshaw; his daughter, Caroline Denton; his parents, Thelma and Fred Bradshaw; his grandparents, Cawthon and Mary Hufstedler Eagle, and grandparents, Oscar and Elbradie Bradshaw.

He is survived by his children, Mark (Kandy) Bradshaw, Charlotte (Charles) Arnold, and Cindy Bradshaw; his son-in-law, Delano Denton; his brother, Danny (Claudette) Bradshaw; his brother-in-law, Bob Gatling (and his late wife, Martha Gatling); his dear cousin, Royce (Mike) Dixon; and a lifelong friend, Jim Dick Coleman. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Houston (Jordan) Bradshaw, Will (Caroline) Bradshaw, Paul (Anna) Waters, Jadie (Jamie) Allen, Emily (Mike) Critchley, and Drew (Mary Pat) Arnold; eleven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Proctor Funeral Home.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Gentiva Hospice, Center Well Home Health Care, and South Arkansas Regional Health Center/Baptist, with special thanks to nurse Zoie Lewis, for their compassionate care. We will miss Ted’s quick humor, his loyalty to Camden and Ouachita County, and the love he showed his family every day.
