Susie Bradshaw Walker,100, peacefully passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, in Richardson, TX.

She was born January 27, 1926, in Camden, AR, to Andrew and Alma Bradshaw.

She leaves behind her two children, Bonnie Darby-Gebhardt (Marion) and Michael Walker (Caroline), three grandchildren, Monica Darby Thrasher (Tim Schroader), James Walker (Kesha) and Erin Moore (Lance). She had five great grandchildren, Skylan, Braylen, Eli, Ella and Emmet.  Also, many nieces and nephews with special mention of Gervor Jean Turman and Betty Nussey Evans.

Susie was preceded in death by her husband, B. C. Walker, her daughter, Margaret Sue Walker, her father, Andrew Bradshaw and her mother, Alma Bradshaw, her sisters, Ethel Busker, Mamie Herring, Myrtle Pratt, and Geneva Walker, her brothers, Buford Nutt, Andy Bradshaw, Effie Johnson, Annie Walker and Bill Bradshaw, son-in-law, Jarry Lynn Darby and daughter-in-law, Dena Simpson Walker.

Susie spent her life lovingly caring for others. All who knew her, loved her.  She loved her garden.  Her Timothy friends and church were most special. Keeping the Sabbath holy was practiced as did her mother.

Any where in town she was greeted with "hello Miss Susie." She will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends from 5:00PM to 7:00PM Saturday, May 02, 2026.  Celebration of life and funeral service will be held 1:00PM Sunday, May 03, 2026 at Timothy Methodist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Camden, AR.
