Sarah M. Lawson was born on August 15, 1943, to Dan and Bertha Seale of Sparkman, AR. Sarah passed away June 13, 2025, at her homeplace in Sparkman, AR. She worked at Gibsons Department Store in Camden, AR several years before moving on to Kroger where she worked until her retirement. She is preceded by her parents, Dan and Bertha Seale; brother, Loyd Seale of Chidester, AR (White Oak Lake).

She is survived by her husband, N.G. (Gray) Lawson; son, Steven R. Goodgame and wife, Tammy of Camden, AR; daughter, Delores Hearnsberger and husband, Jeff of Sparkman, AR; two step-children, Shannon Davis and Rusty Lawson; one brother, Harold Seale of TX; grandchildren, Timothy (Holly) Hearnsberger of Holly Springs, Marc Purifoy of Camden, AR and Mitch Goodgame (Crystal) of Camden, AR; great-grandchildren, Jaden (Starr) Hearnsberger of Greenbriar, AR, Mason Hearnsberger of Holly Springs, AR, Chelsey Purifoy of Bearden, AR, Greyson Goodgame of FL, Caleb Welch and Peyton Welch both of Camden, AR; great-great-grandchildren, Alexander Hearnsberger and Sister Ember of Greenbriar, AR.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, June 16, 2025, at Proctor Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Sparkman, AR.
