Ruth Dever, 65, of Camden, AR, died July 25, 2022 at her home in Camden, AR. She was born May 20, 1957 in Brainard, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Lake and Jean Bjerkness Mongan. She was a member of Sulphur Springs Cumberland Presbyterian Church and retired from Ouachita County Medical Center, She is preceded in death by her parents, Lake and Jean Bjerkness Mongan.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Dever; two daughters, Jen and Jessica; two brothers, David and Jay; eight sisters, Judy, Jane, Jolene, Jenie, Donna, Raylene, Carla and Carrol; four grandchildren, James, John, Alyssa and Nick.

Visitation will be 5:00-7:00PM Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at Proctor Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 11:00AM Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Union Cemtery, Camden, AR. Bro. Cliff Winters will officiate the service. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
