Russell A. Kaser, Jr., 92, of Camden, AR passed away on May 8,2023. He was born on March 22, 1931 in Warren, OH to Russell and Kathleen Hall Kaser. He retired from the Air Force after serving in the Koren War and the Vietnam War. After his military career he went on to become a construction foreman in Dallas, Tx. He helped build many buildings in Dallas. Russell was known to always keep himself busy.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Edna Kaser; daughter, Kathy Jones.; and his sister, Ellen Fisher. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Ginn-Henson and her husband John Henson; a son, Russell A. Kaser, III and his wife, Kari; a sister, Marlene Webb; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will have a private family service at a later date. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
