Robert Delaney, 76, of Hope, AR went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Heather Manor.   Robert is a graduate of Bearden High School and served in the Army Reserves for six years.  He was born December 2, 1945 at Rosston, AR to Willie and Beulah Delaney. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Lou and two brothers, Bill and June Delaney.

Robert is survived by a brother, Terrell Delaney of Emerson, AR; a sister and brother-in-law, Mary Jo and Homer Sherrod of Texarkana, TX; a son, Mark Delaney of Utah; two stepsons, Ted Thomes and his wife, Vicky of Conway, AR and Todd Thomas and his wife, Dee of Little Rock, AR; four grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews and a special niece, Brenda Miller and her husband Joe of Prescott, AR.
