Rita Davis Waller, 94, passed away on September 8, 2025. Rita was born on November 5, 1930, in Stephens, AR to Earl and Margarite Elliott Davis. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Stephens, AR. In her earlier years she enjoyed duck hunting, fishing, and playing golf. Rita was an avid Razorback fan, especially baseball. One of Rita's favorite things to do was "enjoying old lady Time". Her greatest joy and love was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Rita was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, P.T. "Duddy" Waller; brother, Jack Davis; and a sister, Betty Lou Brazeale. She is survived by her daughter, Teri West of Stephens, AR; her son, Steve Waller and his wife, Carol Ann of Texarkana, AR; four grandchildren, Mike West (Tami) of Lawson, AR, Erin Smelser of Smackover, AR, Chris Waller and his wife, Leslie, Lance Waller (Michelle), Brett Smelser and his wife Kim; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 2:00PM on September 14, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Stephens, AR.
