Richard Dean Tallman left this world on March 7, 2023, he was born on August 24, 1942 to Richard and Mable Tallman. Richard was the oldest of six boys. He retired from the Ouachita County Highway Department.

In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death by four older brothers, Bob, Austin, Jim and Bill

He is survived by his wife, Joann of Chidester, AR; daughter, Tina Leonard Nicolay of Milan, MO; son, Gary Tallman of Little Rock, AR; two grandchildren, Sarah Tallman and Zackery Tallman; brother, Jerry and wife Maureen Tallman of Canton, MO; sister-In-law, Marla Tallman of Jinks, OK; a host of nieces and nephews, and many friends.

A graveside service will be held at Missouri Cemetery in Chidester on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 10:00AM.
