It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Reesa Steelman, a beloved wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother, who left us peacefully on July 31, 2025.

Born in Camden, Arkansas, Reesa Steelman lived a life marked by kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She was known for her unshakable strength and determination, a trait she passed on to her child and grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Steelman, her adored daughter, Brittan Tuberville, her supportive son-in-law, Rian Tuberville, and her treasured grandchildren, Liam Tuberville and Skylar Tuberville who brought endless joy to her days. She also leaves behind her dear mother, Bernice (Bunny) Knight, her devoted brother, Jay Knight, and honorary children, whose lives she enriched with her compassion and unending support.

Reesa tackled life's challenges head-on, inspiring all who knew her with her resilience and spirit.  She found beauty in simple things: fresh coffee in the morning, heartfelt conversations, and the laughter of her children and grandchildren echoing through the home.

A private celebration of life will be held with close family, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests any donations be made to the VA Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention, a reflection of Reesa's lifelong commitment to Veterans' health.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remember her legacy lives on in those she touched with her heart.
