Phillip Steve O'Neal's Obituary
Phillip Steve O'Neal, 71, of Camden, AR, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024, at his home. He was the son of the late Roland H. and Ruth Vernon O'Neal. He retired from Ouachita County Road Department and a graduate of Fairview High School.
He is preceded by his parents, Roland H. and Ruth Vernon O'Neal, half-brother, Roland O'Neal, Jr.
He is survived by his brother, Randy O'Neal and wife, Michelle of Bluff City, AR.
Graveside service will be 10:00AM Friday, June 28, 2024, at Chidester Cemetery, Chidester, AR.
