Penny Jane Sams-Price-Low, 66, of Chidester, AR went to be with the Lord on August 9, 2024. She was born April 2, 1958. Penny is proceeded in death by her parents Johnnie and Roy Sams; her Sister, Judy Walvrin James; and her former husband, Jackie Price.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce Low of Chidester, AR; stepdaughter, Taylor Zimmerman (Zack) of N.D., sister Vickie Martin of Carlisle, AR. Rebecca Whitfield (Paul) of Monument, CO; 2 nieces, 4 nephews, 5 great nephews, 2 great nieces, several cousins and many dear friends. May she rest in peace.
