Paula J. Martin, 71, of Camden, AR, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023, after a brave battle with Alzheimer's. She was a pre-school teacher for over 32 years and touched a lot of children's lives. She was fondly known as "Miss Paula." She was an active member of Immanuel Baptist Church (Oasis Church) in Camden. She worked in the nursery and children's ministries for years. She was a loving wife, mother, and a fantastic Nana.

Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Fred, and Frances Hern; sister and brother-in-law, Jeanette, and Phillip Rowe; brother, Carl Hern; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dean and Leta Martin; nephew, Aaron Martin; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Greg, and Sue Hansson.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years Randy Martin of Camden, AR; daughter, Vicki Willis and husband, Ricky of Shreveport, LA; son, Keith Martin and wife, Wendy of Pea Ridge, AR; grandchildren, Tiffany Willis and Thomas Willis of Shreveport, LA; sister-in-law, Jackie Hern of Camden, AR; brother, Lyle Hern and wife, Vickie of El Dorado, AR; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dr. Dan Martin and Linda of Camden, AR; two special aunt's, Margaret Parham of Hope, AR and Myrna Turner and husband, Glenn of Stamps, AR; nieces and nephews, church family, host of friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Oasis Church Camden 2409 Mt. Holly Road, Camden, AR 71701.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00PM Friday, October 27, 2023, at Proctor Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 10:00AM Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Oasis Church, Camden, AR. The burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Holly Springs, AR. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
