Patrick McIntosh, 38, died January 16, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock.  He was born July 13, 1984, in Little Rock, AR to Sam McIntosh and Patricia McIntosh.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dale and Lucille Calaway and three uncles, Thomas Calaway, Donald Calaway and Arthur Calaway.

Patrick is survived by his mother, Patricia Calaway; an uncle, Larry Calaway; his best friends, Jeramie and Tanya Garcia, Ronnie and Gabrielle McDonald and Brock and Tina Carlson as well as several friends.  He will be fondly remembered as uncle P-Star to so many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Calvary Baptist Church with Don Phillips officiating.  Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 Saturday at the church.
