Nina Fay Fletcher, 85, of Camden, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Nina was born January 8, 1941, in Anna, Texas, to James Robert Isbell and Mollie Isbell.

Nina worked at Walmart for 35 years, where she became well known to many as “the jewelry lady.” She loved to shop, but nothing brought her greater joy than spending time with her family. To know Nina was to love her, and the love she gave so freely will live on through her family for generations to come.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert Isbell and Mollie Isbell; her brothers, Buddy Isbell, James R. Isbell, and her twin brother, Billy Isbell; her sisters, Mildred Cowart and Bobby Jean Kirby; her late husband, Raylon Powell; her former husband, Dean Fletcher Sr.; her son, Dean Fletcher Jr.; her daughter-in-law, Diana Fletcher; and her granddaughter, Madison Fletcher White.

Nina is survived by her children, Donna Graham (Billy) of Webb city, MO, Debra Booth (Bopie) of Camden, AR, Dennis Fletcher (Renee) of Camden AR, and David Fletcher (Stephanie) of Camden AR; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.

Nina leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a family who will miss her more than words can express.

The family would also like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Ouachita Nursing and Rehab for the love, kindness, and compassionate care they showed Nina over the last year. Thank you for loving her like she was one of your own.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Proctor Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
