Michael Johnson, 52, died September 20, 2022. He was born June 18, 1970 in Gulfport, MS to Bobby Leo and Dorothy Evans Johnson. Michael is survived by his wife of thirty years, Dorothy Michelle Johnson; a son, Joshua Michael Johnson; a daughter, Harmonee Michelle Johnson; a daughter in law, Sarah Elizabeth Johnson and two grandsons, Gabriel Michael Johnson and Greysen Luke Johnson.

Michael was a true outdoorsman. He was an avid duck hunter, goose hunter and deer hunter.   He loved to fish and participate in shooting sports. While he received his love for the outdoors from his father, his remodeling, gardening and cooking skills were passed down from his mother. Michael enjoyed reading and sharing his many passions with others.

While Michael will be remembered as kind and intelligent, he will be remembered most as one who loved the Lord and his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and proud grandfather.

Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Proctor Funeral Home followed by services at 3:00.

Interment with a graveside service will take place 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Coalville Cemetery  near Biloxi, MS.
