Mary Dorris passed away unexpectedly on December 7, 2023, at the age of 73. She was born on November 17, 1950, to David and Billie Capps.

Mary is preceeded in death by her husband, Marion "Butch" Dorris; father, David Capps, Sr.; brother, David Capps, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Jolene Ponder and Sierra Ponder

She is survived by her mother, Billie Capps, children, Dennis Ponder, Jr., Sarah Penny Ponder, and Micha Bonds, Sisters, Dovie Lane, Billie Pitts, and Elizabeth Davis. As well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00PM Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Chambersville Cemetery, Thornton, AR. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
