Martha L. Barnes, age 75, passed away on January 27, 2023 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

She was born on September 12, 1947 to Richard and Mary Barnes of Louann. Martha attended Smackover High School. After graduating with her Legal Assistant Certification, she went on to be a Legal Assistant at Rose Law Firm for 35 years, until she retired.

Martha is preceded in death by her Father and Mother, Richard and Mary Barnes and her sister, Carol Barnes. She is survived by her sisters, Frances Nettles and Louise Nelson (Don); nieces and nephews, Kim Griffith (Chris), Richard Barnes, Jennifer Nelson (Charles), Andy Nelson; great nieces and nephews, Leslie Rego (John), Mason Barnes; great-great niece, Saylor Rego, and her beloved friends, Charlene Erwin (Jim), Lisa Robnett, Laura Mullinax (Billy), Tyler Robnett, Adam Robnett, Reed Mullinax, and Ray Richardson.

A graveside service will be held at Mt. Horeb Cemetery in Elliott, Arkansas at 12:00PM on Saturday, January 28, 2023. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
