Marlene Webb, 86, passed away on May 4, 2024. She was born on September 18, 1937 in Baltimore, MD to Russell Atley Sr. and Kathleen Hall Kaser. She was a member of the VFW and the American Legion. She loved helping and serving veterans. She enjoyed going to bingo and concerts. One of her favorite things to do was riding her lawn mower. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmie Webb; two sons, Robert Webb, Sr. and William York. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Swadley of Camden, AR; grandson, Robert Webb, Jr.; three granddaughters, Haley York, Stacy Bonini and Melanie Batzer; a daughter-in-law, Deborah Webb; caregiver, Linda Thompson; and a host of Family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 2:00PM at Proctor Funeral Home. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 5:00PM-7:00PM. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
