Mark D. Waters, born September 15th, 1956, in San Fernando CA, passed away peacefully on September 18th, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Wanda Waters, and his brother, Matt Waters.

A machinist for 46 years, Mark believed in hard work and providing for his family. Mark also enjoyed his time away from work. A passionate hunter and fisherman, Mark thrived in the great outdoors, often embracing life on the edge with hobbies like skydiving. His adventurous spirit was matched only by his loyalty to family and friends, who will remember him for his unwavering support and generosity.

Mark is survived by his beloved companion Annette Helms; his daughters, Alica Brown and Sheena Green; his sisters, Beverly Brenner and Marsha Mercy; and his cherished grandchildren, Bronwyn Brown, Bridget Brown, Miller Green, and Monroe Green. He is also survived by his niece Lindsey Hernandez, nephews Cameron Brenner, Jason Brenner, and Paul Waters, brothers-in-law Dale Brenner and Martin Mercy, and sons-in-law Luke Green and Nick Brown.

Mark will be remembered for his witty personality and selfless soul that subtly kept others in good spirit. Mark's legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
