Marjorie A. Curtis, 82, of Camden, AR, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Silver Oaks Health and Rehab. She was born September 7, 1940 in Smackover, AR. She was the daughter of the late Andrew Cortez and Lena Bell Green Jackson. She was a member of Timothy United Methodist Church and retired from Ouachita County Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Dennis Gilchrist; sister, Mary Catherine Goss; sister-in-law, Kay Jackson.

She is survived by her husband, Billy W. Curtis; two sons, William R. Gilchrist and Jeff L. Gilchrist; brother, Jimmy Jackson; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A Memorial service will be 10:30AM Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Timothy United Methodist Church. Rev. Benny Morgan and Rev. Brian Diffee officiating. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
