Marie S. Bussell, 78, of Camden, AR passed away on September 8, 2024. She was born in Chidester, AR on November 2, 1945 to Andrew and Veda Garner Stinnett. Marie loved going to community concerts, drinking coffee with friends, and watching the Arkansas Razorbacks. Her greatest love was spending time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Marie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Bussell; brother Billy Bob Neal; two sisters, Bobbie Neal Rayborn and Martha Jean "Marti" Rowe. She is survived by her son, Eric Bussell and wife, Lori; her daughter, Kristi Self and her husband, David; grandchildren, Connor Self and his wife, Baylie, Tyler Bussell, Allyson Self, and Hayden Bussell; great-grandchildren, Sadie Self and Hutson Self; and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to give a special thank you OCMC hospice and Dr. Braden for the wonderful care they gave Marie.

A funeral service will be held on September 11, 2024 at 2:00PM at Proctor Funeral Home. There will be a visitation from 1:00PM-2:00PM before the service. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
