On June 9, 1946, Linda Maelene Woolsey-Honnell was born to Harce and Luna Woolsey in Union County, Arkansas. She was surrounded in love, laughter, and quite a few scuffles, with her three older siblings; Anita, Billy, and Ray.

She later became the beloved mother to three children: Kina, Dion, and Shannon. This did not end her playful nature. The house was always filled with music, there was always dancing, and an abundance of laughter. She was either making you laugh or setting you straight.

As time moved on, she continued to create a career for herself, watched her kids' become parents, and continued to entertain each and every person she met. Sometimes, however, she might impart some truth to you, whether you wanted to hear it or not.

In the end, Linda is survived by not only her three children, but five grandchildren and soon to be ten great grandchildren. To know her, was to love her. Never a stranger did she meet and right now she is enveloped in the love of her brothers and sisters, all for God to witness.

A memorial service will be held at Proctor Funeral Home on Friday, May, 13, 2022 at 10:00AM. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
