Linda Sharon Folse, 71, of Camden, AR, passed into the loving arms of The Lord on Wednesday, October 12, 2022. She was born July 16, 1951 in Smackover, AR to the late Herbert and Nell Allison. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Joyce Timmons and Kay Stone; and beloved daughter, Christy Folse Dodson.

Linda met the love of her life, Eddie, in Elliot, AR, when they were children. The two began dating when they were in their teens and married October 26, 1968. She was a graduate of Fairview High in Camden, AR and worked at Rogers Lumber Company for ten years. Linda was a woman of strong faith and a member of Temple Baptist Church. She deeply loved her church family and spreading the gospel to those around her, but took special joy in sharing Christ's love by teaching Sunday school and bible school. She took pride in being a homemaker and in homeschooling her granddaughters.

Linda is survived by her husband, Eddie Folse; son, Paul (Pamela) Folse of Camden; granddaughters Valerie (Taylor) Hopkins of Lansing, Michigan and Samantha Folse of Camden; grandson, Daniel Folse of Camden; great-granddaughter, Gracelynn Cocharn of Camden, great-grandson, Lyndol Hopkins of Lansing; brothers, Wade (Gracie) Allison of Arkadelphia, AR and David Allison of Camden; aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends.

Memorial services will be held at 12pm Friday, October 14, 2022 at Mt Horeb Cemetery, Camden, AR. Dr. Wade Totty will be officiating with Proctor Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
