Linda "Mrs. Bo" Bohannon
Linda was born in Camden, AR to Onie and Herman Robertson on September 12, 1941. She went to sleep at her home in Camden on November 23rd, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Onie and Herman Robertson, husband of 53 years, Clinton Bohannon, one brother Gibbie Drummond and one sister, Dianne Betts. Survived by daughter, Josie Brian, Matt Brian and grandson Daniel Brian, son, Keith Bohannon and Mike Tidwell, and sister Patsy Drummond, and many other family members and wonderful friends.
Linda graduated from State Teachers College, now UCA with an education degree and began teaching school in DeWitt, AR for 33 years. She taught countless students and made many life long connections with them. She was an avid member of the sports program at DeWitt High School for her entire career. Linda kept the stat books for all of the basketball, baseball, and track programs at school, Sr. High Cheerleader sponsor, Sr. Class sponsor, and overall the life of the gym at DeWitt High School. She was also an avid spokesperson for Weight Watchers of Arkansas. Most people knew her as the little whiter haired lady that sped walked their neighborhoods. Very active in all aspects of life. If she wanted to see it or do it, she did, on her terms.
Services for Linda will be held at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden, AR on December 7, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.
