Leona Buzbee, 78, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. She was born on February 27, 1946 to Vernon and Leona Marie Veal Bain in Las Vegas, NM. She liked watching her TV shows especially, Walker, Texas Ranger. She loved spending time with family and friends, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Leona is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon William and Leona Marie Veal Bain. She is survived by her son, Roy Buzbee (Lisa Erwin) of Camden, AR; her daughter, Tammy Burt (DeDon) of Camden, AR; her grandchildren, Caitlyn Sessions, Bobby Lechinger (Autumn Merritt), Kristen Dugas (Caleb Romero), Kaylee Buzbee, Dakota Dugas, and Samantha Tabor; a great grandchild, River; sisters, Lillie Bain and Patricia Mason; brother, Vernon Bain; and a host of family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 10:00AM at Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 5:00PM-7:00PM. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
