In Loving Memory of

Lars G. Johansson, 75, of Camden, Arkansas passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026, with Theresa, his loving wife of 41 years at his side. Lars was born in Skoghall, Sweden on January 31, 1951, to Gunnar and Gunvor Hall Johansson. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Lars is survived by his wife Theresa Johansson; two sons, Steven Richter and wife Jessica, and Adam Richter and wife Rana; daughter, Bonnie Johansson and her children, Jackson and Kora. He is survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandsons. He was loved and will be missed by his sister, Gun-britt Persson and husband Kenneth; brother, Peter Johansson; and brothers and sisters-in-laws from Wisconsin and Michigan.

Lars loved racing cars. He was a race car driver all over Europe and South Africa. He was also a mechanical engineer until age 70. But Lars really loved golf. Lars last days here were during icy weather and the day after he passed from here to heaven, he made nice golfing weather for the rest of us down here. He was a character and made life interesting. He was a joy to spend time with. He will be truly missed. Lars was dearly loved by all of his family and everyone who knew him.
