Kitty Key, 98 years old of Camden, AR was called to her eternal home November 4, 2022.  She was born February 12, 1924 in West Virginia to William and Anna Hellems Ash.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Winfred Key and her siblings:  Esta O'dell, Alfred Ash, Lottie Spears, Boyd R. Ash, Minnie Rice, Howard H. Ash, Velma Corneal, Jennings Ash and William Ash.

She is survived by her daughters: Mitzi Doss and husband, Gary of Bella Vista, AR and Tamra Gore and husband, Larry of Bauxite; grandchildren, John Christopher Doss and wife, Melissa of Rogers, AR, Angela Fulford and husband, Todd of Germantown, TN, Ashley Gore of Benton, AR and Matthew Gore of Portland, OR and one great-granddaughter, Caroline Doss; nephew, John Key, who was loved like a son by Winfred and Kitty.  He lives in Mansfield, TX with his wife Debbie.

Ms. Kitty loved being outside tending to her plants, feeding the hummingbirds and sitting outside enjoying God's creation.  She delighted in baking cakes, cookies and what she called "steak and taters" for family and friends.  She also enjoyed volunteering on the Ouachita County Hospital Auxiliary.

She was a member of Cullendale First Baptist Church where she faithfully served for many years.  Ms. Kitty enjoyed preparing Bible stories each week to share with the children on Sunday mornings.  She was a faithful servant of Christ, a dedicated prayer warrior, and passionate about the word of God.  She truly exemplified the faith, hope, and love of Christ, her Savior.

Funeral services will be Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Cullendale First Baptist Church at 11 A.M.  Visitation will be from 10-11 A.M. at the church and burial will be in Sardis Cemetery near Sparkman, AR.  Rev. Rusty Ross will officiate the service.  Memorials may be made to Cullendale First Baptist Church.
