Joe Earl Scrape, went to be with the lord on May 13, 2025, at the age of 88. He was born on March 5, 1937, to William "Dub" and Jean Scrape.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Aloma Evans and husband Bill; mother-In-law, Betty Bevill; father-In-law, Theron Bevill; and brother-In-law, Roy Bullock.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Ann Bevill Scrape; son, Randy Scrape and wife Laura; daughter, Pam Scrape; grandson, Jake Scrape and wife Jessica; granddaughter, Megan Scrape; granddaughter, Jacquline Claire Scrape; grandson, Chase Yale and wife Liane; granddaughter, Katie Caldwell and husband Colby; seven great grandchildren; nephew, Mark Bullock; nieces, Janna Gillespie (Mark), Paula Jo Evans, Stacye Evans, Niki Dickinson (Jason); and  sister-In-law, Bonnie Bullock

Joe had a passion for hunting and fishing. He was dedicated to his work as a welder and enjoyed working on things. Joe loved helping his grandchildren and spending time with them. He cared deeply for animals, especially his dog, Walter Yale.

The family would like to give special thanks to Traci, Becky and Russ of Arbor Hospice for your care. He loved spending time with them and telling all his good stories.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM in Memorial Park Cemetery with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM.
