Jimmie Nanette Beavers

Jimmie Nanette Beavers, born August 22, 1944, went home to be with her Lord on January 22, 2026. She entered Heaven peacefully, surrounded by love, prayer, and the comfort of family, running into Jesus' arms.

Nan lived a life rooted in faith, strength, and grace. In her early years, she built a business and led an active life of racing, camping, and raising her daughters, laying the foundation for a life full of love, joy, and adventure. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend whose kindness, wisdom, and steady presence touched all who knew her. Her joyful spirit could light up any room, and her laugh filled every space she entered, bringing happiness to those around her. Her love for the Lord was evident in the way she lived—serving others selflessly, loving deeply, and placing her family at the center of her heart.

She found great joy in tending her flowers, lawn, and watching things grow and flourish. An avid gardener, Nan especially loved feeding and watching her birds, finding peace in the beauty of God's creation and the quiet moments spent outdoors. She also enjoyed creating and collecting dolls, researching her family history through genealogy, cheering on her favorite NASCAR races, and you could always find her dancing—especially to the music of Elvis Presley. Nan and Joe made great friends and memories attending and competing in flying contests all over the United States. A proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).

She was preceded in death by her father, J. Dale; her mother, Thalia; her beloved little sister, Abetha Ann; and her ex-husband, Dwight Beavers.

She is survived by Joe Bowman of Camden, Arkansas; her daughters, Kalley Beavers Jackson (Sergio) of Camden, Arkansas, Carye Beavers of Beebe, Arkansas, and Terrye Beavers Cooper (Brent) of Cabot, Arkansas. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Patton Roach (Chloe), Hana Copeland (Nathan), Jordan Cooper (Jeremy), Camryn Cooper (Anthony), and Isaiah Jackson. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren Jesse, Aspen, Brystol, Lily, Maya, Royce, and Kolson, each of whom brought her immense joy.

Nanette's legacy is one of faith, love, service, and family. While her earthly presence will be deeply missed, her loved ones take comfort in knowing she is whole, healed, and rejoicing in Heaven.

A celebration of life will be held at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden Arkansas on Saturday January 31 at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity that was close to her heart St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her honor.
