Jason Thomas Russell, 44 of Locust Bayou left this earth to be with his Lord and Savior, Monday, January 20, 2025. He was born January 28, 1980, to Rick Russell and Connie Hollis Russell. He graduated from Hampton High School and attended Harding University. Jason was an avid sportsman, political enthusiast, fierce friend, and family protector.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Ruth Hollis and grandfather Bob Russell. He is survived by his mother Connie Russell Dixon and father Rick Russell and bonus mom Flo Russell. His sister Brooke Russell and bonus brother Spencer Russell. Grandfather Jerry Hollis and Grandmother Wanda Russell. Nephews Austin and Brandon McDonald and Rowden Bufford. Along with a host of cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held on February 1, 2025 at 2:00PM. There will be a visitation between 1:00PM-2:00PM before the service. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
