Janet Lynn Belt, 69, of Camden, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Saturday, May 10, 2025. She was born January 21, 1956, to Jessie and Imogene Easley.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Wayne Belt and her brother, Mark Easley. She is survived by her two children, Stephanie Nowlin (Terry) and Brandon Belt (Kelly); one sister, Terri Walker (Randy); two grandsons, Jacob Nowlin and Austin Belt; two granddaughters, Lexie Crumpler (Tim) and Gracie Belt; one great-grandson Grayson Crumpler and a host of nieces and nephews.

Janet was always doing crafts. She loved to bake, crochet and sew. She was a woman of many talents. She loved her two dogs, Fez and Buttercup and her two cats, Tigger and Big Mama.

Janet loved her family and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkid, she called him "Roly Poly". She loved to shop and spend time with her friend Vicki. Janet loved to go to church and most of all she loved the Lord.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jamie Vaughan for taking care of our mom, as she loved her very much. Another special thank you to Life Touch Hospice and CHI ST. Vincent in Hot Springs for the incredible care rendered.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday May 12, 2025, at Proctor Funeral Home. Service will be held at Victory Church on Tuesday at 10:00 AM followed by interment at Salem Cemetery near Bearden, AR.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to CASA of Ouachita County.
