James Hodges, 57, died May 13, 2024.  He was born October 12, 1966, in Pacoima, CA to Bennie, Sr. and Alice Hodges.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters in law, Linda Hodges and Abbey Hodges and a nephew, Roy Hodges.

James is survived by his daughter, Kayla Hurlock (and fiancé Steven) of Louann, AR; four brothers, Benny Hodges, Jr. of Pace City, AR, Douglas Hodges of Louann, AR, Jason Hodges of Louann, AR and Robert Hodges of Smackover, AR; a grandson, Christian Hurlock of Louann, AR and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Proctor Funeral Home.  Services will be 10:00 Friday at Calvary Trail Cowboy Church on Ouachita County Road 68.
