Jacqueline "Jackie" Hern 73 of Camden, AR went to be with the Lord on December 20, 2023.  Jackie was born June 22, 1950, in Camden AR to parents Ruby Drummond and Raymond "Jack" Drummond of Camden, AR. Jackie lived to serve others. She did not know how to say the word no to anybody. She served faithfully for over 30 years at her church Immanuel/Oasis. In recent years she enjoyed serving as volunteer in the Auxiliary at the Ouachita County Medical Center. She was a dedicated employee of International Paper and the Dunage Plant in Fordyce, AR.

She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Hern of Camden, AR; her parents Ruby and Raymond "Jack" Drummond of Camden, AR; two brothers: Tommy Drummond and Terry Drummond of Camden, AR; two sisters-in-law: Jeanette Rowe of Austin, TX and Paula Martin of Camden, AR and brother-in-law Philip Rowe of Honduras; two special nieces: Debbie Douthit of Camden, AR and Terrica Rogers of Camden, AR and a great niece Rachel McManus of Cabot, AR. She is survived by her daughter Misty Hern of Camden, AR; Sisters-in-law Shelby Drummond of Camden, AR and Dorris McCroskey of Camden, AR; Brother-in-law Lyle Hern and wife Vicki Hern of El Dorado, AR; Randy Martin of Camden, AR; and special friends Gordon and Mary Wylie of Camden, AR. Host of nieces and nephews and great and great great nieces and nephews and friends.

The family request in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Oasis Church or the Camden Fairview Special Education Department.

Funeral service will be 10:00AM Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Oasis Church with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be 6:00PM to 8:00PM Friday at Proctor Funeral Home.
