Helen L. Jackson, 84, passed away on September 6, 2023. She was born on August 3, 1939 in Bearden, AR to Hugh and Elise Clemons Wallingsford. Helen loved animals especially her dogs and cats. She was a very avid reader. Her greats love was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Phillip Jackson; two sisters, Thelma Freeman and Dorothy Perry; brother, Arthur Wallingsford; and three grandchildren, Justin Johnson, Christopher Johnson, and Greg Green. She was survived by her three daughters, Tina McCool (Ronnie), Tammy Green and (Daniel) both of Camden, AR, and Pamela Farina (Alexis Madison) of Chidester, AR; three grandchildren, Amber Green (Bill McClure) of Fordyce, AR, Sarah Cook (Anthony) of Chidester, AR, and Hugh Johnson (Samantha) of Jacksonville, AR; four great-grandchildren, Greg McClure, Izzabella McClure, Bailey McClure, and Mason McClure; two brothers, Hugh Wallingsford and Rex Wallingsford; and a host of family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on September 9, 2023 at 2:30pm AT Proctor Chapel. The interment will be at Liberty Cemetery in Fordyce, AR. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 5:00PM-8:00PM. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
