Glenn Matthew George, 60, died on May 15, 2025 in Eagle Mills, Arkansas.

Glenn was preceded in death by his father, Perry George and his brother, Thomas George. He is survived by his mother, Emma Faye George of East Camden, AR; brothers, Mark George (Vanida) of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, John George (Christina) of East Camden, AR, Bruce George (Tammy) of Camden, AR; and sisters, Patti Jasperson (Steve) of Stuart, Florida, Jackie Evans of Camden, AR and Jennifer Waters of East Camden, AR and numerous nieces and nephews.

Glenn was born in RAF Bentwaters, UK on June 7, 1964.  An Air Force brat, his early years were spent traveling the country with his family before settling in Arkansas. Glenn attended Bearden High School and met many life long friends there.

Glenn was an appliance repair man by trade, owning his own company, East Camden Appliance Repair for many years. He was employed by Sears and Lockheed Martin before opening up his own business. He was well known in Ouachita and Union Counties for his appliance work. He was friendly and efficient and could literally fix any appliance.

More than anything, Glenn loved fishing and being outdoors. He spent most of his weekends fishing off the banks of well known local fishing holes. He loved heavy metal music, his friends and family, his dog Elvis, and most of all, his mother.

A visitation will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Proctor Funeral Home.
