Gary Arthur Evans, 70, passed away October 10, 2022, at the Springs in Camden.  He was born in Camden March 3, 1952, to C. E. and Catherine Evans.  Gary was retired from Coca Cola and was a member of Acts Church in Stephens. He enjoyed hunting and going to church.

In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Lynn Evans; a son, Gary Evans, Jr. and his mother-in-law, Ladeene Cole. He is survived by his wife, Helen Lois Evans; his brother, Ben Evans of Little Rock, AR; his sister, Peggy Burnette of Camden, AR; several nieces and nephews, family and friends and his puppy, PJ. Gary will be missed by his special friends, Earnestine and Wesley Harris.

Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Visitation will be 11:00-12:00 Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at Proctor Funeral Home followed by graveside services at 1:00PM at Evans Cemetery.
