Florence Richardson Keener, 84, went to her heavenly home December 10, 2024.  She was born July 4, 1940, in Chidester, AR to Chester and Nina Lowe.  She was a member of Royal Baptist Church in Hot Springs, AR. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Richardson; a son, Dale Richardson; a granddaughter, Amber Richardson and two brothers, J. W. Lowe and Carl Lowe.

Florence is survived by her husband, Bill Keener of Hot Springs, AR; her daughters, DeeDee (Dee) Wynn (Mike) of Camden, AR and Dana Jones of Alabama; four sons, Freddie Richardson (Nancy) of Camden, AR, Dennis Richardson (Roni) of Camden, AR, Carl Keener (Lois) and Brian Keener (Shannon); her brothers, Charles Lowe of Stephens, AR and Jessie Lowe (Linda) of Texas; her grandchildren, Brian Nelson, Michael Richardson, Emily Raney, Aaron Wynn, Kara Richardson, Ashley Bolser, Denise Pimlott, Brad Reaves and Paul Reaves; and ten great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends for visitation 6:00-8:00PM Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Proctor Funeral Home. Services will be 2:00PM Friday, December 13, 2024, at Eagle Mills Baptist Church with Chris Morgan and George Lynch officiating followed by interment at Bell Chapel Cemetery.
