Douglas Edward Spears, 64, of Camden, AR, passed away on July 30, 2025. He was born on December 8, 1960, in Malvern, AR to Bill and Betty Spears. He was a 1980 graduate of Fairview High School, member of Calvary Baptist Church, avid Razorback fan and faithful to the Camden Boys Club for many years Umpiring. He loved Fairview Cardinal Sports and ran the chains for football over 40 years. When the Fairview Cardinals were playing Doug and Judy were there supporting them. His laugh and joking around will be missed by family and friends. He loved to sing gospel music. Doug and Judy are together in Heaven singing to our Lord.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Betty Spears, wife, Judy Spears, brothers, Ricky and Mike Spears.

He is survived by two brothers, Billy Spears and wife, Rita of Camden, AR and Greg Spears of Chidester, AR, sister-in-law, Lena Spears of Camden, AR. Bubba Miller and wife, Joyce Hamilton Miller of Parkers Chapel, AR, aunt, Shirley Ellingson of Fargo, North Dakota, mother-in-law, Betty Hamilton of Camden, AR, host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Calvary Baptist Church. Funeral service 11:00 AM at Calvary Baptist Church.
