Douglas Larry Norwood, 73, died June 24, 2022. He was born August 12, 1948 in Camden, AR to Van and Bern Norwood. He was a member of Cullendale First Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Shelly Norwood. Doug is survived by a sister, Rita Guess (Jerry) of Camden, AR; a niece, Christy Buhrman (Ricky) of Camden, AR; two nephews, Josh Guess (Terri) of Magnolia, AR and Jordan Elliott (Chris Tina) of Ft. Sill, OK and numerous great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorials be made to Ouachita County Animal Protection Society (OCAPS), 109 Goodgame St., Camden, AR 71701.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
