Cindy Tomlinson Mitchell, 70, died December 21, 2023.  She was born July 21, 1953, in Camden, AR to Kenneth Wayne Tomlinson and Francine Tomlinson Blann (James Buddy Blann). In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Tomlinson, Jr.  She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Williams (Montra Morgan) and Candace Farley; five grandchildren, Jami Goode (Corey), Kayla Horstkamp (Justin), Jesse Faulkner, Jacob Farley and Callie Farley; five great grandchildren, Braylen, Bella, Wyatt, Addison and Lexi; a brother, Rusty Blann and a sister, Debra Harcrow (Kenny).

Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2023, at the First Baptist Church in Hampton followed by interment at Means Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
