Charlotte Russell, 59, of Camden, AR, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at her home in Camden. She was born in Camden, AR on November 4, 1965. She is the daughter of Bobby and Alice Russell. She was a graduate of Camden High School, member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church where she was the song leader and retired from DHS. She is preceded in death by her mother, Alice Russell.

She is survived by her father, Bobby Russell of Camden, AR; brother, Eric Russell of Camden, AR; nephew, Andrew Russell; two nieces, Amanda and Sabrina Russell; great-grandnephew, Ace Russell.

Visitation will be 9:00-10:00AM Thursday, January 9, 2025, at Proctor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 10:00AM at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Brandon Melton will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
