Charles W. Stinnett, better known as Billy to friends and family and Chuck to his best friend and brother Les, left this life for a much better life to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Billy had his family by his side until he was called home.

Billy was born October 1, 1957, to Peggy Stinnett and Billy Bo Stinnett.

Billy worked faithfully for 37 years for GE Railcar and retired due to his health.

Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Bo and Peggy Stinnett, his father-in-law Franklin Hamilton, his grandparents, a sister-in-law Tammy Dodson, 2 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, a niece Melanie Stinnett, and 3 great-nephews, Teigan, Billy Joe and Caleb.

Billy is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 41 years Rita, 4 children, Alicia Harcrow (Ike), Travis Stinnett, Melissa Mims (Buren), and Jason Stinnett (Ashley) all of Camden, his brothers Leslie Stinnett (Sandra) of Texas and Paul Moore (Luann) of North Carolina, mother-in-law Jo Hamilton, brothers-in-laws; Danny Hamilton (Casey), Gary Hamilton (Pam) and Mike Dodson all of Camden, uncles; Lonnie Anglin (Cheryl) and Tommy Anglin (Gayle) all of Louisiana, Gerald Anglin (Louise), 9 grandchildren; Hope Harcrow (Sweet Pea), Hannah Mims, Jordan Stinnett (Nykee), Taylor Stinnett, Katie Stinnett (Randy), Jacob Harcrow (Lauren), Paige Mims (Pot Bellied Dog Tick), Brailee Cano and Levi Stinnett, 2 great-grandchildren Kaizlee Mahan and Jax Harcrow, 4 special friends; Bill Benefield, Evelyn Glover, Angela and Crystal Stinnett.  He is also survived by his favorite little man Sylar Stinnett and a host of other nieces, nephews and family members.

Billy was a lover of all of God's creatures.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He loved watching the Arkansas Razorbacks and Dallas Cowboys play.  He enjoyed sitting on his porch with his beloved dog Buddy and his wife, watching deer and hummingbirds and looking at flowers.  Billy considered his greatest accomplishments in life to be accepting and having a personal relationship with his Savior Jesus and being blessed to have and hold his darling wife Rita and raising his children whom he loved dearly.  Billy wanted everyone to know he will always love you.

The family would like to say a very special heartfelt thank you to OCMC Hospice and especially Dr. Braden and Elana Myers who have become family for taking care of Billy and Rita for the past year and six months.

Visitation will be Thursday 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Proctor Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Proctor Chapel followed by interment in Missouri Cemetery.
