Charles Thomas Sampson, 91, of Camden, AR passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023, at his home in Camden, AR. He was born November 22, 1932, in Chidester, AR. He was the son of the late Floyd Fletcher and Golda Mae Hodge Sampson. He was a member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, served in the United States Navy and a retired welder.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Fletcher and Golda Mae Hodge Sampson, brother, Bobby Sampson.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years Patricia Coon Sampson of Camden, AR; two daughters, Debra Steinocher of Yellville, AR and Vicky Sampson of Camden, AR; two grandchildren, Kenneth Forrest of Prescott, AR and Jennifer Holt of Bella Vista, AR; four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; host of family and friends.

The family would like to thank Ouachita County Medical Center Hospice, Dr. Braden, and Dr. Martin for your care.
