Charles Hanson Binns, Jr., age 87, of Camden, died April 23, 2022 at his home. He was born June 10, 1934 in Warren, AR to Charles H. and Annette Moseley Binns, Sr. He was a Mason and retired from the Arkansas Highway Department. He loved woodworking and was an excellent carver of wood.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Jonathan Binns; brother, Bill Binns; sister-in-law, Glenda Binns; and brother-in-law, Harold Johnston.

He is survived by his wife, Sharion Kaye Binns of Camden; children, Rodney Binns and wife, Tracey of Bearden, Lisa Riley, Richard Binns and wife, Robyn, Chana Binns all of Camden and David Binns of Little Rock; brother, Richard Binns and wife, Phyllis of Monticello; sister, Joan Johnston of Bastrop, LA; nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10 AM Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Proctor Funeral Home with burial in Oakland Cemetery in Warren. Rev. Mike Suttle will officiate the service. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
