Carroll Spann, 75, of Little Rock, AR, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024, at his home in Little Rock, AR. He was born in Little Rock, AR on December 3, 1948. He was the son of the late W.O. and Jacquelynn Browning Spann. He served his country in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his parents, W.O. and Jacquelin Browning Spann.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine Brian Spann of Little Rock, AR; brother, Paul Spann and wife, Vivian of Little Rock, AR; sister, Birdetta Price and husband, Joe of Tulsa, OK; host of family and friends.

Graveside service will be held 1:00PM Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Sulphur Springs Cemetery. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
